Does anyone know of any websites for legal advice on overstayers?

my boyfriend is an overstayer and we just wanted some advice if anyone knew of any websites or phone numbers in the uk id b gratefulDoes anyone know of any websites for legal advice on overstayers?
Citizens Advice - i am slightly confused as to why you need legal advice- dont you love him?Does anyone know of any websites for legal advice on overstayers?
I don't know of any, but I would think the best place for you to start would be with the embassy/consulate of his home country - most countries have one in London. It's definitely best to speak to someone from his own country before you start speaking to the UK authorities, who will most likely deport him immediately.

A word of warning - if he is deported, he will NEVER be able to return to the UK. It might be best that he leaves voluntarily now until he can figure out a legal way to get back here.
i know someone who overstayed went home with patner got married and aplied for visa. they could prove they have leaved together before so they got it. there is nothing you can do now visa wise unless he goes back home and apply. UNLESS he wants to claim asylum.
