I am pregnant with my first child and need advice, websites, programs or anything to help me out financially.?

I am pregnant with my first child and most likely the odds are I will be a single parent. No biggie, because I am beyond excited to be pregnant! Anyhow, just incase the father of my child don鈥檛 step up to help take care of his responsibility, I wanted to know if any single parents can offer advice, recommend programs and/or websites to help me out with any and everything. I do have a job, but I know that my income alone won鈥檛 be able to cover the cost of a child.

Thank you in advance for your help, suggestions, and recommendations.I am pregnant with my first child and need advice, websites, programs or anything to help me out financially.?
look into medicaid, food stamps, cash assistance, low income housing, daycare assistance, etc. talk to your local planned parenthood. let them no whats going on and they will help you. here in holton ks there is a place called crisis pregnancy center and until your child is 2 you can get free diapers once a month, free formula once a month, and clothes. they also had here a young mothers support group meeting once/twice a month and they'll have other mothers come in and help you. talk to planned parent hood and find out if they could offer that or find out if they no where there is one around town. also go under similac.com. i went under there and i got free formula with my oldest.

GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATS!!!!!I am pregnant with my first child and need advice, websites, programs or anything to help me out financially.?
Most importantly, you will need medicaid or similar, along with some cheap housing and maybe even WIC or food stamps. you can sign up with all of this at your local health dept or dept of children and families offices. Also, look up in your yahoo or google search bars for week by week pregnancy calendar. These are ghreat websites and they will give you weekly updates and info on you and your baby throughout your pregnancy. Pampers.com is one of them, I knoe. Also, babygaga.com. Then there is always cafemom.com with the support of all those other moms out there in similar situations. Congrats mommy and good luck!
