Where can i find practical advice on filling in a vaf2 form, no government websites please?

my wife is russian and at the moment lives in moscow we could do with some advice from anyone who has filled a vaf 2 (settlement form) in, things like how much detail etc, all the government sites just tell you the basics (it is easier then to refuse the visa)Where can i find practical advice on filling in a vaf2 form, no government websites please?
