Exercise help!!!!... websites, workouts, advice, etc.?

Plz be serious...





I am 16 I weigh around 200lbs. i am 5'7'. I got ased to prom next year and I simply do not have the confidence in myself to wear a dress. I am starting my diet and exercise. I am hoping to lose 60+lbs. by next June.


My major problem areas are my thighs, stomach, and love-handle. I was just wandering if anyone has exercises that target the areas. I will be running for 30min. a day as well.Exercise help!!!!... websites, workouts, advice, etc.?

Well I can't really help yo, because I've never been over 110lb...


BUT, i will say yoga helps a lot, and kick boxing really sculpts you.


The stretching is great too!


i would suggest crunches, because it's hell on your back.
The best website you will ever read is stumptuous. It's a site made by a woman for women. Non-biased, *scientifically based* (i.e. backed up with bonafide peer-reviewed research) information, no advertising whatsoever.
