I don't know of any sites. The best thing to do is prepare yourself properly before the tribunal takes place. Remember that you are innocent until proven guilty. You need to write down all of the detail to the minutest level of what transpired, where and when. Witnesses help too! You need to have the charges against you in writing so that you can view the detail of the complaint before you face the enquiry. Be very methodical and keep your perspective on the whole affair. You may also want to make contact with a Lawyer who specialises in Industrial disputes. Not nice to go through but it does come with the territory. Prove your innocence and don't let them rush you in the hearing. Take as long as you need to think through what has been said. Your job and reputation could be on the line, so box smart and good luck.
